At the tender age of 15, Amer began his career in the automotive industry as a Lube Technician for a small Brampton automotive repair facility, but he was destined for something more.
During the course of his career Amer has fulfilled every role from a lube technician, an Automotive Service Apprentice, an Advanced Diagnostics Technician, Shop Manager until finally setting forth into business for himself as the President of a well established and well reputed independent repair facility.
Priding himself on an unparalleled diagnostic ability and an uncompromising attitude towards workmanship, Amer quickly became an authority in automotive repair and service, not only with his clients, but also with his peers and has been recognized as an expert in automotive repair and service by the Ontario Court of Justice.
Throughout his lengthy career Amer has acquired knowledge in many fields such as: Anti-Lock Braking Systems, Advanced Engine Diagnostics, Emissions Testing and Repair, A/C Systems, Automotive Electrical/Electronic Systems, Alternative Fuels for Internal Combustion Engines, and much more.
At 37, Amer carries a Red Seal certification with the government of Ontario, and has endless plaques and certifications from his 22 years of experience. To date Amer has also found time to mentor three apprentices whom have all achieved ministry certification within three years as well as over 15 co-op interns. Integrity, Accountability, Experience and Leadership through example are the underlying themes that one can expect to see in Amer�s approach to vehicle maintenance management.
